To begin, you will need to complete our merchant pre-qualification form. There is a button on the bottom of the form “Submit to SPS” which will automatically email your document to us once complete.
You are also required to submit your last three months of credit card processing statements for our review. We look at your overall volume, chargebacks and returns. After we review this information and determine we can assist your organization, we will forward you a link to our full merchant services application and list of required documents to get you on your way to saving money on credit card processing on every transaction.
You will use the form, provided in step 2 below, to submit these documents.
